Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the 2025 Canberra and Region Wine Show Tasting Experience (“Event”) on 15 November 2025, 3 pm–6 pm at the Terrace Restaurant, Exhibition Park in Canberra (EPIC). By booking or attending, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made online via the official ticketing provider website - Flicket.
- Full payment (AUD 55 + fees per ticket) is due at time of booking.
- We accept major credit cards.
- Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
No refunds will be given unless the attendee is sick and has contacted the ticketing provider or the organiser.
- If organisers cancel the Event: full refund of ticket price (booking fees may be retained).
- If the Event is postponed, valid tickets transfer to the new date; no refunds for postponements.
3. Age Requirement and Identification
Attendees must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid government-issued photo ID matching the ticket name is required at entry.
- Anyone unable to produce acceptable ID will be refused entry without refund.
4. Responsible Service of Alcohol
We operate under the Liquor Act 2010 (ACT) and promote moderate, responsible drinking.
- Service staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of intoxication.
- Attendees must consume alcohol at a moderate pace and cooperate with staff guidance.
- No provision of alcohol to minors. Any attempt to supply alcohol to under-18s will result in immediate removal without refund.
5. Liability and Indemnity
Participation in the Event is at your own risk.
- The organiser, sponsors, and Venue are not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss/damage of personal property, except as required by law.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organiser against all claims arising from your actions or omissions at the Event.
6. Venue Rules and Safety
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all attendees must comply with Venue policies.
- In case of severe weather or force majeure, the organiser may modify or relocate portions of the Event.
- External food and drink are not permitted.
- Personal belongings are your responsibility; lost or stolen items are not covered by the organiser.
- Security reserves the right to search bags and personal items on entry.
7. Amendments
The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
- Updated Terms will be published on the official Event website.
- Continued attendance after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
By completing your booking and attending the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
